About ExpireDictionary

Use a stream to expire content in a dictionary.

Still in development . TODO: ExpireDictionary class is not uploaded yet, just a couple supporting classes: TimedStream for adding timestamped blocks to a stream, and TimedProcess which regularly gets items in stream that are past an expiration time, and executes its block.
