What changed?

• replaced all references to PackageInfo with corresponding references to RPackage,
• removed all visualization code,
• PackageSpy>>allMethods now answers instance and class methods,

in order to better understand how Spy works, i

• added some class and method comments,
• gave more intention revealing names to some methods and variables,
• renamed some packages, repackaged some classes and i
• removed some functionality not necessary to Thelonious.
