Forked from the original SqueakSource repository because I did not have write-access and wanted to separate out dialect-dependent (Squeak and Pharo) parts. To avoid the dependencies, I am re-implementing based on NativeBoost for Pharo, but may go back to FFI when Elliot releases its new incarnation.
