MouseWheelWindows - Version for Squeak 5.1.

Switch system windows with the mouse wheel like a stack of cards.

Hover the mouse pointer over the world morph, docking bar or a system window's menu bar.

Turn the mouse wheel up one notch to take the window at the top of the stack and put it to the bottom of the stack. You can achieve the same result with the Command-\ keyboard shortcut.

Turn the mouse wheel down one notch to take the window at the bottom of the stack and put it at the top of the stack.

Because of the way mouse wheel events are implemented, you can also use Control-Up and Control-Down keys to achieve the same results with the keyboard.
